Dear Suncoast Seals:
 
            On behalf of those who benefit from the FRA's efforts, THANK YOU ALL for being FRA members and making the Suncoast Seals spearfishing club a 100% FRA membership club.  You set a high bar for others.  We are proud to represent your interests.
 
The FRA defends your right to access our marine resources.  We do this at the state and federal level with management councils and commissions as well as with State and Federal legislators, educating and heightening the awareness of those in the process to the saltwater diver and angler's perspective.
 
While the FRA is the fighter, it is you who are the true heroes in this epic struggle to maintain our spearfishing heritage and a healthy fish stock in the face of questionable science and open anti-fishing agendas.
 
Thank you all for your support.  Together, FRA members are a strong force made even stronger by your membership.
